Postcards From Our Big Backyard

September 03, 2022 in blog

Over the past few months I have been changing my photographic practise to become more sustainable. I’m focused on delivering a body of work like I’ve never shown before.

These practises have helped me change the way I view what I am doing and what I am trying to achieve with the work moving forward.

On a more local scale in the here and now I’m engaging with my local community a lot more often. This is really exciting because for a long time I have been refining my skill set so it would be of industry standard when collaborating with others. of course I have collaborated before and exchanged creative juices with other creators, but this time it’s different.

This particular part of the creative pursuit will take another year or so to elapse while I develop the project further. In the meantime I invite you to check out, and become apart of Postcards From Our Big Backyard currently showing in the Atrium Exhibition at Monash Gallery of Art.

You can find more information about the exhibition here.
